2017 Happy Crawl Deemed Epic Success.

Posted in Around Town, Events, Videos

According to Wikipedia, a Pub Crawl is defined as follows: A pub crawl (sometimes called a bar tour, bar crawl or bar-hopping) is the act of drinking in multiple pubs or bars in a single night, normally traveling by foot or public transport to each destination and occasionally by cycle...

Okay, that was way too technical, but on March 10th, Mr. Pasadena hosted the 3rd annual historic “Happy Hour” crawl. So why was it historic? Well, nothing much happened, of historic note, on March 10, except maybe the French Foreign Legion being established by King Louis-Philippe, but hey, this year’s event was historic because Mr. Pasadena’s MeetUp Group showed up strong to support his 3rd annual “Get Happy” crawl, I’m not sure how he managed to get so many pub crawlers from one venue to the next, but it was awesome to see this loooooooooong trail of people going from bar stop to bar stop. Come to think of it, since the French Foreign Legion was founded on March 10, it seems appropriate that legions did show up!

It was noted that there were people from Lancaster, Diamond Bar, Downey , Montclair and Westwood joining in the fun. If you really sit down and track all of his crawls you will note that the Mr. Pasadena’s Happy Crawl is growing exponentially each year. Keep your eye out for the next one. If you wonder what one of his pub crawls looks like, check out the video of his recent crawl.
